Today I’m talking to Judy Jones with Corcoran Reverie on 30A (in the panhandle of Florida) A real estate Agent for just under 5 years, Judy has quickly become a top real estate agent most renowned for her sales in Watercolor, a master-planned second home luxury community located in Seagrove Beach of 30A. Judy’s career before real estate was radio sales. She was commission only in radio sales. And she made a good living at it! If that doesn’t say something, I’m not sure what does. Interviewing Judy, unusual to my style, she and I had agreed on what to talk about before the interview. We had decided that we were going to talk about managing expectations as it’s Judy’s reputation that she is the best at that. What really came out of conversation was her her grit and her candor that the natural outcome of that has been, expectations manage. More impressive, it’s exactly what got her to the top quickly.
